Rue Poudreuse, St Martin
Emergency Works by Guernsey Electricity in the above road are now completed. The road is now open as normal.
Les Merriennes, St Martin – Advanced Warning of works next Monday
Please note that Les Merriennes, from the junction with Rue Poudreuse will be closed from Monday to enable further investigations to be carried out by Guernsey Electricity in relation to a cable fault. It is estimated at this time, that these works will take approximately one week.
Whilst these works are taking place, Traffic and Highway Services have rescheduled road improvement works due to take place next month, to be brought forward and carried out concurrently to the Guernsey Electricity works.

Please be aware that the above road is subject to an Emergency Closure, due an Electricity cable fault in the road. This closure will take effect from 11:00am until further notice.
Diversion Information: Diversions for all vehicles will be Ruettes Brayes / Colbourne Road / Fort Road / Sausmarez Road / Grande Rue
Please note there will be no access to Les Quatres Vents from Les Variouf and a 20mph speed limit will be in place within La Rue de la Corbinerie.
